Ninja Type
A TypingTest.com alternative

Take the test.
Keep the momentum.

A result should make the next step easier. Make NinjaType your daily home for a WPM check, a focused lesson, and a record of the work you put in.

FIRSTMeasure.

A test that fits your attention.

THENUnderstand.

Speed and accuracy, together.

NEXTReturn.

A useful focus for tomorrow.

The result is a starting point

Let your last attempt
inform your next one.

TypingTest.com provides a range of timed tests and text choices. NinjaType is another place to measure your typing, with a particular invitation: keep the result connected to a practice habit.

A one-minute dictionary test and a longer passage ask different things of you. Keep settings steady when you want a fair comparison. Change them deliberately when you want a new challenge.

AFTER YOUR TEST, ASK…

Where did I slow down?

A difficult reach is a reason to visit a finger lesson, not just restart the timer.

Did accuracy hold?

Look for a cleaner attempt with similar settings. A higher speed can hide more corrections.

What will I repeat tomorrow?

Choose one useful action while the result is fresh. Local history keeps the attempt there for later.

A few things to know.

How does NinjaType compare with TypingTest.com?

TypingTest.com offers timed tests, text choices and training tools. NinjaType brings its own tests together with finger lessons, Ghost Race, friend rooms, local streaks and shareable results.

Can I choose a longer typing test?

Yes. NinjaType’s Time mode includes one, two and five minutes, as well as shorter options. Select an available duration in practice settings. Words mode offers a fixed passage instead.

Can I use my result as a professional certificate?

NinjaType’s results and share cards are practice records, not verified certificates. Confirm the accepted provider and conditions if an employer or institution requests a formal typing assessment.

How do I keep track of improvement?

History saves completed attempts in this browser. Compare runs with similar duration and dictionary, review accuracy, and use several results to judge your pace. You can share a past attempt from the history table.
