10FastFingers combines word-based tests with competitions, rankings and a broad language selection. NinjaType gives you its own tests and dictionaries, with a daily practice loop that reaches beyond a high-score table.
If international leaderboards or a particular language are essential to you, check those features directly. NinjaType does not import another service’s rankings.

A few things to know.
Can I take a one-minute test on NinjaType?
Yes. Open typing practice, choose Time mode and select one minute. Pick a dictionary and start typing. You can also choose another available duration or a fixed word count.
Will my WPM match my 10FastFingers score?
Not necessarily. Word lists, test lengths, punctuation and scoring rules affect the result. Compare repeated attempts with consistent settings and read accuracy alongside speed.
Does NinjaType have the same languages and rankings?
NinjaType has its own dictionaries and local history. It does not mirror 10FastFingers’ language catalog, public high scores or account records. Check the dictionary menu for the content currently available.
Can I compete with friends?
Yes. NinjaType has multiplayer rooms with shared passages, Words and Time modes, and ready-up before the countdown. Create a room and share its invitation. Availability in public rooms varies.
